I love changing people’s minds about lamb. We offer them a sample (at Farmer’s Market) and they refuse. Then I ask them if they’ve ever tried lamb and they say, ‘no.’ I tell them, ‘I GUARANTEE you’re going to love it! Just try it!’ The look on their face when they taste our lamb is PRICELESS! They usually end up buying from us!!
